You probably won't find this waterfall in Iceland guidebooks. Yet it's on the south coast, in an area where a lot of tourists go. The waterfall is about a 1km walk through a canyon straight out of some fantasy film. You can walk all the way around the waterfall (I recommend going right underneath it).

Combine it with a visit to Skógafoss. It’s only about a 5-minute drive away, yet 99% of visitors skip this waterfall.
